Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.
3. Products
The jewelry offered on the website is carefully handcrafted and selected. Each product is handmade and may show slight variations from one item to another, which is part of its artisanal and unique character.
Les Bijoux du Nibou strives to present products as accurately as possible but cannot be held responsible for minor differences between photos and actual products (color, texture, brightness).
4. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (€), including all taxes (VAT).
Any applicable shipping fees are specified before order confirmation.
Free delivery for purchases over €40.
Below this amount, shipping costs are charged to the customer.
Les Bijoux du Nibou reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products will be billed at the rate in effect at the time the order is placed.
5. Orders
Customers may place orders directly on lesbijouxdunibou.com.
Order validation constitutes acceptance of these GTCS, the price, and the product specifications.
Once validated, an order confirmation email will be sent to the customer.
Les Bijoux du Nibou reserves the right to cancel an order in case of an obvious error in pricing or product availability

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with Belgian law (Book VI of the Economic Law Code), customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
9. Warranty
Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with Belgian law.

Les Bijoux du Nibou cannot be held liable for any indirect damage, loss of business, or intangible harm.
