1- Right of Withdrawal
The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of their order to notify their wish to return an item, without any justification required.
After this period, no returns will be accepted.
2- Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must not have been worn, used, or damaged;
- It must be returned in its original packaging (box, pouch, tag);
- The jewelry must be in perfect condition for resale.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be refunded.
3- Return Costs
➡️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer may choose the carrier of their choice to return the products.

4- Refund
Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 working days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as used for the order.
Initial shipping fees are not refunded, except in cases of an error made by the seller.
5- Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings cannot be returned or exchanged if the packaging has been opened, except in cases of a manufacturing defect.
