Shipping & Returns
Sending your parcel
If the item you ordered is in stock, it will be shipped within 2-3 days.
The shipping method can be chosen when ordering. "Les Bijou de Nibou" bills the transport costs per the weight of your order and the chosen delivery method. We use B-Post services, La Poste and Collissimo. By default, all our jewelry is sent by mail. If the amount of your order is more than €70, your parcel will be delivered with a signature required. For tracked mail, we will provide you with a link that will allow you to track delivery of your parcel online as soon as possible.
For shipping in the European Union and for any order over € 40 - €150 for other countries, shipping costs are included.
Returns
As any e shop, your withdrawal right is 14 days. You have 14 days to return your article if it was not satisfactory. The jewelry must be returned to us intact and not worn. Upon reception, your order will be refunded. The return costs are the customer’s responsibility.
